The process moved along seamlessly and efficiently from the first meeting that I had with Ingrid. Based on our initial meeting & on additional information I provided, Ingrid and her team were able to identify the key areas that I wanted to update: content, style (font/color) and overall web layout to facilitate webspace use. Weekly updates and revisions were provided by Design Ink so that I could continue to provide ongoing direction in the evolution of the web design.
I was also provided with guidance as to how to build content for my site that was succinct and targeted to my web audience. All of the staff members were not only professional but also incredibly personable which made the process all the more enjoyable. Lastly, their knowledge in other regions of creating a digital ‘presence’ was also helpful for potential additional future considerations.
