Big Mozz is on a mission to create the best party food ever, served at the most exciting events across the country. From Brooklyn’s Smorgasburg, to music festivals like Celebrate Brooklyn! & Governor’s Ball, and major venues like Yankee Stadium, Madison Square Garden, Citi Field, Big Mozz has served millions of orders of Mozz Sticks to happy customers across the country. A packed to capacity mozzarella making class in Chelsea Market offered a fun and interactive experience for all.

When the pandemic hit,  Big Mozz Founder, Matt Gallira had to pivot, and fast; shifting the entire business model from festivals and in-person classes to creating an online experience that captured the Big Mozz fun and flavor.

Challenges:

  • Transitioning multiple 3rd party apps into a cohesive online e-commerce store.
  • Multiple unique products created on the fly.
  • Complex booking requirements.
  • A timeline to get the store up yesterday.
  • A large and urgent demand for online remote team building.

What was accomplished?

The DesignInk Digital Team designed, built and launched a customized website and e-commerce store that captured the flavor and fun of Big Mozz.

A digital plan was implemented which included new products, content, images, videos fully optimized and integrated. This foundation provided a platform to design and build landing pages and ad campaigns driving geo-targeted traffic.

Ever-green products were integrated with fulfillment and shipping, and gift certificates, affiliates and coupons were added to accommodate Big Mozz’s expanding customer base.
